To meet the highest Trade Standard and also for 100% Satisfaction of our valuable Customers all Dispatched Parcels are Allow to open upon Customers Demand Infront of Rider only. [First Check the parcel then Pay to Rider].

We also welcome our valuable Customers to return their Purchased items WITHIN A WEEK after receiving the Parcels on our official Return Address & Contact number given on invoice.

BAB-MART accepted the returned items in their original condition only. Returned Charges paid by BAB-MART only in special circumstances otherwise customer manage for exchange /returned charges by their own means.

Return the Amount to our Customer's mentioned Account Numbers within 24 hours after confirmation of receiving status of the return Parcels on our given return address. [Applicable Government Taxes are deducted from Amount].
